The Changing Face Of Drury

Drury is changing rapidly with major housing and economic development activity in progress. There are plans for a state-of-the-art, 51ha Drury town centre, and the Drury South Crossing development is expected to attract 6,900 jobs and facilitate an additional 12,200 jobs in the region. 

Drury area is expected to accommodate 60,000 more people and 34,000 people in the Pukekohe – Paerata area. This a combined total of more than the current population of Palmerston North.
